British Lops are Praised by Yet Another Celebrity Chef

British Lop pork was recently endorsed on the BBC by long standing supporter Cyrus Todiwala OBE.
Appearing on BBC's Saturday Kitchen cooking an authentic Indian dish of Kharu pork with deep-fried potatoes, he told viewers he "never bought anything but Lop" and that it was "amazing and cooks very well with anything". Using cuts of belly and shoulder for his dish he praised the quality of pork in the UK, deeming it excellent.
He buys his Lop from a farm in the Chiltern Hills, Chesham.
